Problem
VA faced manual, time-consuming processes that delayed compliance reporting and made it difficult to meet Zero Trust security mandates (EO 14028). Ensuring multifactor authentication (MFA) and encryption compliance across systems was a major hurdle.
Solution
Insignia deployed an intelligent automation solution using AI/ML, RPA (UiPath, Power Automate), and BI dashboards (Power BI). Automated ETL pipelines processed cybersecurity data, bots handled secure data extraction, and real-time dashboards provided compliance insights.
Results
Automation saved 3,121+ labor hours per month (18 FTEs). Within 10 days, 360+ non-compliant systems achieved MFA and encryption compliance. VA became a leader in API data processing for eMASS, with reports validated by OMB. Insignia’s AI-driven automation improved efficiency, security, and compliance at scale.
